Product and engineering agree on specs, in Slack.

Masonly is an AI facilitator. It runs the spec conversation in Slack, and your team reviews each spec here.

It starts with the why
Masonly asks the product person why the goal matters before anyone writes a spec.
One Slack thread per spec
Each spec gets its own thread, and Masonly tags the people who should help.
A spec that stays current
Requirements and decisions update as the team talks, so nobody keeps notes.
A clear final approval
The Product lead and the Technical lead approve it. The approved spec stays in Masonly.

How it works

A product person states a goal in Slack.
The team shapes each spec in its own thread.
The leads approve it here. Others get a short summary.
